Recruitment Procedures

o initiate the recruitment process, JD Manpower and the employer execute an agency agreement outlining the terms and conditions for the demand and supply of manpower from India. This agreement must be signed by both parties, confirming their acceptance of the stated terms and conditions under which the manpower trade will be executed.

Employer’s Role

Registration on Online Emigrate Portal

The employer/principal must register on the Emigrate system and raise the Demand Letter & Power of Attorney through the online portal www.emigrate.gov.in.

Demand Letter

The employer/principal then prints the demand letter generated online from the Emigrate portal on the company letterhead, issued in favor of JD Manpower stating the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food,medical,transport, airpassage, accommodation etc.

Power of Attorney

The employer/principal also prints the Power of Attorney generated online from the Emigrate portal in favor of JD Manpower, addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in India. This document informs the embassy that JD Manpower is the bonafide manpower recruiting agent, fully authorized to handle all visa matters, submissions, and deliveries with the respective embassy. (Applicable to Middle-East and Far-East countries only).

Offer Letter (Agreement of Employment)

This is a standard employment contract between the employer and the employee.

Recruiting Agent’s Role

Selection Process

JD Manpower prefers applicant selection through an oral or practical test conducted by the employer or their authorized representative. We arrange accommodation, transport, and all other logistical support required for the interview process.

If we are entrusted with selection and testing, we conduct it with a team of experts for technical and professional categories under the direct supervision of our professional executives.

Medical Checkup

After the final selection, we send the workers/candidates for a medical checkup at the authorized medical center of the respective embassy for the country of employment.

Application for Visa

We coordinate with selected candidates, collect the required documents necessary for the visa process, and forward them to the employer for visa application. If visa stamping is required in India, we assist with the process.

Emigration and Ticketing

We initiate the Emigration process for all candidates. Once they receive Emigration Clearance from the concerned government department, the employer may send PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice) or remit the necessary travel expenses in favor of JD Manpower to facilitate travel as scheduled.

Orientation Before Departure

JD Manpower provides basic orientation to workers before traveling overseas. The workers are informed about their duties, responsibilities and firsthand information of work environmentof the foreign country they will be working in. They are also briefed about thesalient features of labour laws of the country of employment.
